Do you offer phone support?

No, we currently only offer email support. This allows us to provide detailed, written responses and maintain a record of all support interactions. Most technical issues require screenshots or detailed descriptions that are easier to handle via email.

Can you help me recover a processed file?

Since all processing happens locally in your browser, we never receive your files. Once you close the browser tab, all file data is cleared from memory. We recommend always downloading processed files immediately and keeping backups of important documents.

How long does it take to get a response?

We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24-48 hours during business days (Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM Newfoundland Time). Technical issues may take slightly longer if they require investigation. For urgent matters, please include "URGENT" in your subject line.
