What these have in common

This group looks miscellaneous, and in one sense it is: converting text, generating a QR code, building a password and organising a folder are unrelated tasks. What they share is that the input is usually something you would not want to paste into an unknown website — customer records, a Wi-Fi password, the contents of a document folder.

That is the reason they exist here rather than as a link to somewhere else. A password generated on a server is a password that has been transmitted. A QR code built from your home Wi-Fi credentials by a third party is your credentials in someone else’s logs. These run in the page instead.

Static QR codes do not expire

Many free QR generators produce a dynamic code: the image points at their domain, which then redirects to your destination. That is why so many printed codes stop working — the free tier ended, the account lapsed, or the service closed, and every printed copy died with it.

The codes here are static. The destination is encoded directly in the pattern, so there is no intermediary, no tracking, no account and nothing that can expire. The trade is that a static code cannot be edited after printing, which is the honest cost of not depending on anyone.

Which converter you want for a text file

A TXT file is the plainest input there is, and it is the starting point for two different jobs. If the result should be a document someone reads — a letter, a note, a listing to print — you want the TXT to PDF converter, which sets the page size, margins and font a text file has no way to specify for itself.

Usually an unquoted delimiter inside a value. Quote the affected fields, or switch to a delimiter that does not appear in the data, such as tab.
